LightRaeyys Wellness Co.
LightRaeyys Wellness Co. (LRWC) is a company founded by Oore out of a deep burden to see individuals, especially those who serve others, walk in true wholeness - body, soul, and spirit.

With over a decade of passion for emotional healing and mental wellness, Oore’s commitment intensified through personal experiences that revealed just how much unaddressed pain can hinder a person’s ability to live fully. This burden became even clearer as she worked within healthcare and faith-based settings - two spheres where burnout, emotional strain, and hidden struggles are far too common.

Over time, her focus expanded to include addiction education after seeing firsthand how addiction - whether substance-related or behavioral - impacts not only individuals but their families, relationships, and purpose. LRWC exists to change that narrative by equipping people with tools for healing and sustainable wellness.

LightRaeyys Wellness Co. expresses its mission through three key arms:

Start with Soul: The corporate wellness arm of LRWC, Start with Soul partners with values-based organizations - especially in healthcare and ministry - to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of those who serve. Through trainings, workshops, and curated resources, Start with Soul creates space for sustainable service and inner renewal.

The Whole U: This arm focuses on emotional healing and wellness for everyday people navigating life’s pressures and pains. From heartbreak to burnout, bitterness to shame, The Whole U offers practical resources to help people live lighter, deeper, and more... whole.

Freedom Academy: The addiction education arm of LRWC, Freedom Academy provides teaching, support tools, and safe spaces for those navigating addiction. It is also a platform for loved ones seeking to understand addiction with more clarity and compassion.​

Oore's dream is to help people - and the places they show up - become spaces of safety, support, and lasting healing.
The MEHRI Project
The MEHRI Project (TMP) is an incorporated non-profit that Oore started to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of immigrants and refugees as they navigate the challenges of resettlement.
As an immigrant herself, Oore knows firsthand the quiet battles - the loneliness, culture shock, and emotional strain - that often accompany starting over in a new country.
She also recognizes that adjustment often doesn’t happen in isolation, but in the presence of care, community, and culturally sensitive support.
With that understanding, TMP was born — to provide community-centered initiatives that address the unseen struggles immigrants and refugees often carry, while offering support that is both practical and deeply compassionate.
TMP expresses its mission through a growing number of programs, such as:

Buddy Up! - A peer support initiative pairing new immigrants with those who’ve walked the journey before, helping them adjust with compassion and confidence.

Heart to Home - A donation-based initiative that connects generous givers with refugee families, helping them set up their new homes with essential items and warmth.

Gatherings & Events - From workshops to storytelling circles and campaigns like Friends for the Holidays, TMP hosts events that reduce isolation and promote emotional health.

Work In Progress
Work In Progress (WIP) is a Christian ministry rooted in 2 Corinthians 3:18 - a call to be transformed into the image of Christ with ever-increasing glory.
​
The vision was first entrusted to Oore in 2017: to encourage people to grow in their walk with God, no matter where they were starting from. Over the years, this vision came to life through gatherings marked by honesty, hunger, and heartfelt pursuit.
​
In 2019, a new chapter emerged - OPEN - where individuals gathered once a month from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. for deep Bible study, shared lessons, worship, prayer, and Spirit-led fellowship.
​
By 2023, after a personal season of refining, Oore was led to deepen the vision. Work In Progress evolved into a space not just of encouragement but of equipping — helping people practically and prayerfully walk out their transformation in Christ. This led to the creating of monthly Bible Study Guides, and the birth of ABIDE Nights - bi-weekly gatherings with Bible teaching, reflection tools, conversation cards, worship, prayers, and quality bonding.

WIP now also hosts the ABIDE Discipleship Program, designed to help people cultivate a lifestyle of sitting at the feet of Jesus and growing in Him - personally, intentionally, and consistently.

Oore has tasted the transforming power of God’s Word and is committed to helping others experience the same - not just as a moment, but daily, and deeply.
hooRaeyy
hooRaeyy is one of Oore’s creative expressions - a space where words, design, and intentionality meet to uplift and edify. Through journals, cards, and thoughtfully crafted resources, hooRaeyy exists to bring light, hope, and joy into the everyday moments of life.

What began as a personal outlet has grown into a strategic way to create tools that speak to the soul and nourish the spirit - whether it's a Bible study journal for personal devotion, affirmation cards that remind you who you are, or a resource that gently walks someone through their healing.
